Dr Richard Glyn Lewis, BA (Hons) MSc DComm FCIM – Director
Richard is the celebrated author of two best-sellers on how to be successful in ecommerce. He has a very strong academic background and holds a BA in Business Studies, an MSc in Computing and a Doctorate in Commerce. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and is considered an authority on online marketing and ecommerce. His advice as expert witness is highly valued by the various Courts of the country. As Internet Director of Clean Break UK, Richard zealously implements in the company his strong beliefs and vision concerning the provision of world-class customer care through the Internet.
Jamie Wallis, MSc (Christ Church College, Oxford) – Network Security Officer
Clean Break UK takes online security and data confidentiality very seriously, unlike many other online companies. Jamie uses his technical skills to ensure that nobody can have unauthorised access to customer data, the firewalls are not breached and the payment process remains 100% safe and secure from hackers and other online predators. He has a deep and comprehensive knowledge of Internet attack protocols and holds the much-coveted EC council’s “Ethical Certified Hacker” accreditation. No other service provider in the industry makes so much effort to ensure that all transactions you carry out on our website are fraud-proof and your confidential data remains shielded from prying eyes. We are the only company in the online divorce field to employ a dedicated network security officer.
Nicola Hurley-Hamer, LLB (Aberystwyth University) – Senior Legal Administrator
Nicola holds a law degree from the Aberystwyth University. She has also completed a post-graduate Legal Practice Course (LPC) from the University of Wales. It is her responsibility at Clean Break UK to cross-check, verify, process and administer all legal documentation submitted by the clients.
Martine Evans, ABTA – Continuity and Quality Administrator
Martine joined Clean Break UK in 2005 after taking her degree from Bristol University. She has the responsibility to maintain and develop our continual development and quality performance systems. These systems are crucial to our success because they ensure that all our clients receive the same top-of-the-line customer service.
Justin Preece M.Eng (University of Wales) – System Administrator
Justin holds a Masters degree in Computer Systems Engineering. He joined Clean Break UK in 2005 and takes care of our website and IT systems, ensuring that they keep running around the clock every day without any break for the benefit of our customers.
Caroline Marshall BSc (Hons) (Cardiff University) – Senior Web Developer
Caroline, who joined Clean Break UK four years ago, develops and maintains systems related to our clients and staff administration, to ensure that all our clients' documentation is generated quickly and accurately with no oversights or mistakes.
Jason Robbins MBD – Office Administrator
Jason is our highly valued and efficient office administrator who joined Clean Break UK in 2005. He ensures that the office keeps running smoothly and without a hitch and that the office sales and purchase ledgers are maintained properly. Jason is also simultaneously studying for his Bachelor’s degree on a part-time basis, which he hopes to pass later this year.
